The worship at St Lawrence’s has a relaxed feel to it – with a sense of informality which is suited to a building which has a dual purpose as a church and community facility. The celebration of the Eucharist on Sunday morning is central to our life, however, with a small and welcoming congregation. It’s always good to welcome new people to be part of our worshipping life.
St Lawrence’s is a church community which enjoys an active social life and loves to offer hospitality. Our social events – quizzes, film nights, and regular charity coffee mornings – welcome people from far and wide in the local community. Our regular, free, family fun days during the school holidays have proved highly popular in recent years.
